APOC Job Evaluation Plan project focus groups

As you know, we will be conducting further testing of the revised Job

Information Questionnaire during the week of November 17 Ė 21.

Communication to the regional management teams about the testing has

already started and some of you may have been contacted for participation

in this next critical round.

We will be testing in:

     Halifax, Nova Scotia,

     St. Johnís, Newfoundland,

     Winnipeg, Manitoba,

     Calgary, Alberta,

     Vancouver, Victoria and Nanaimo, British Columbia.

Also, we will be conducting information sessions for both APOC-represented

and Management employees who are not participating in this phase of

testing. These information sessions will be an opportunity to provide you

with an update on the new APOC Job Evaluation Plan, and a chance to

answer your questions about the plan. If you are interested, please

communicate with your local contact listed below. The number of

participants will be limited therefore we recommend that you call as soon

as possible.
