Update on Negotiations between Canada Post and the Association of Postal Officials of Canada (APOC)

Negotiations between Canada Post and APOC continued, with meetings


held from November 17 to 28, and from December 4 to 12, 2008.





The parties returned to the table on Monday, January 12th for two weeks


of negotiations, with further talks scheduled in February.





Under the interest-based negotiations process, both parties work together


to find common ground on the key issues before them.





Updates will continue to be provided on the progress of the negotiations as


the parties continue discussions.
