EMPLOYEE SURVEY
To the APOC Members:
Dear Members, once again this year, the Corporation is asking you to fill out the Employee Survey. This Survey is a barometer that allows the company to see your level of satisfaction towards the decisions that were taken during the last year.
More than ever, this year it is imperative that you participate in this Survey and express fairly your ideas, your feelings and your degree of satisfaction, as a Canada Post Employee.
Reply to the questions and at the end of the Survey, comment and explain what you feel, what you live with and experience every day in your role. Do not hesitate to suggest changes that could improve your overall working conditions. If you don’t have enough space, add one or more pages.
In doing so, you can help us to better represent you. We are continually repeating the same issues (problems, obstacles, difficulties) that you live with and experience to Management at all of our meetings. If you say the same things that we have said, which is what you have been telling us, then maybe this time, Management will listen to us.
It is certain that filling up the Survey will take a lot of your time however; I firmly believe that the time spent is worth the investment.
Thanks.
