Usage of cell phone after your working day.

The usage of a CPC cell phone is for the time that you are at work. When you finish your day at the office, you should lock it up in your desk or filing cabinet and pick it up the next morning.

YOU DON'T HAVE TO CARRY A CELLE PHONE OR A PAGER AFTER YOUR WORK SHIFT. If you bring the cell phone with you, you should not be surprised when CPC calls you and asks you questions. Donít forget that once you open the door, you may receive more and more calls that in the end could affect your personal time with your family.

If the Corporation is telling you that you need to have your cell phone with you 24 hours a day, then you should be entitled to the appropriate compensation for your hours worked and the responsibility that comes with it. Also, being responsible could put you at risk of having to come back to the office at any time. No more wine when you have dinner or beer when you are enjoying a BBQ. What will happen to you, if you are not able to go back to work?

Keep it simple, leave the cell phone at the office and enjoy the rest of YOUR day.
